CakeBee is a premium chain of bakeries serving the best of cakes, pastries, savories, cookies and freshly baked delicacies. We are present across 20 locations in five cities including Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai and Bengaluru.
We opened in 2012 when Trichy was grappling with a lack of choice for quality cakes. After months of meticulous baking, CakeBee headed every must-visit list of cafes in Trichy. The Hindu called CakeBee as the “Hip new cafe on a roll”.
During a visit to Coimbatore in 2015, we faced a lot of challenges to order a premium cake online. Problems like the non-functional website, lack of response and long delivery wait times. That's when we decided to go online and solve this predicament to the best of our abilities.

Following the success of our online delivery model in Coimbatore, we opened outlets in 6 locations across Coimbatore to great reception. As time passed, we started getting a lot of requests from Chennai and opened our cakebee.in services to all of Chennai. Chennai with its hearty reception and patronage motivated us to open our cloud kitchen in Nungambakkam and outlet in Anna Nagar. Post that, we entered Madurai and currently operate two outlets in Madurai delighting customers. We also operate a cloud kitchen in Bangalore, Whitefield.
In parallel, we also opened four flagship cafes called Cafe CakeBee, one each in Trichy, Chennai, Madurai & Coimbatore representing a perfect trifecta of Continental food including Mediterranean and Italian, freshly baked treats and healthy bites served in a quaint and cosy setting. Our culinary journey now extended from freshly baked treats to wholesome continental and healthy food.
